We are building our training function from the ground up and need someone ready to roll up their sleeves and build it.This is a hands-on role. You will be the person who writes the content, configures the LMS, interviews the installers, and iterates based on what QA is finding in the field. There is no team to hand things off to — you are the team. If you thrive on owning something end-to-end and seeing your work make an immediate difference, this is for you.What you'll actually be doing day-to-dayFirst 6 months · Build itContent creation, LMS setup, getting into the fieldSit with installers, country partners, and ops leads — ask questions, take notes, understand how the work actually gets doneTurn what you learn into practical training content: short videos, e-learns, job aids, onboarding guidesSet up and manage Talent LMS — upload content, build learning paths, track completions, pull reportsWork side-by-side with the senior management to understand what's going on in the field and build training that improves and upgradesBuild onboarding materials that get new country partners and installers up to speed quicklyIterate constantly — make changes when needed, fastMonths 6–12 · Improve and systematizeCertification, feedback loops, cross-country rolloutBuild a tiered certification pathway for installers — Standard, Advanced, QA-Certified — with real competency checks, not just test-passingEstablish a regular rhythm so field findings feed directly into curriculum updatesRoll out training across new countries as we expand — adapting content for local context, not just translating itDevelop advanced content for future markets with other clients and product offeringsBuild a simple way for country teams to share best practices with each otherYear 2+ · GrowSenior role and team developmentAs the program matures and the business expands, this role grows with it — into L&D Manager and beyondAt the right time, table the idea of growing the team and support functionsOwn the L&D strategy for a business operating in 50+ countriesWho you'll work withQA Manager (UK-based)They see what's going wrong in the field every day — your job is to turn those findings into training that prevents it from happening again.Country PartnersThey manage the installers on the ground.
