Job ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Effectiveness Evaluation and Improvement: Design and implement systematic organizational diagnostics and surveys, evaluate the effectiveness of organizational structure and processes, identify key areas for improvement, and provide specific optimization solutions.Drive Organizational Development Implementation: Develop and execute targeted organizational enhancement plans, coordinate cross-departmental resources, ensure smooth implementation, and monitor the outcomes.Global Employee Policy Development: Responsible for developing and implementing HR, benefits, and employee relations policies globally, continuously optimizing the employee experience and enhancing the employer brand image.Best Practice Integration: Deeply understand best practices in the fields of HR and organizational management, provide data-driven insights and forward-looking recommendations to support organizational strategic goals.Job RequirementsAt least 5-8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with a background in HR consulting or management consulting; candidates with experience at large internet companies are preferred.Familiar with at least 2-3 HR modules, such as organizational design, performance management, benefits systems, and employee relations, with hands-on experience.Strong logical analysis and insight skills, capable of distilling effective solutions.Ability to drive full execution of initiatives with strong problem-solving skills.Strong empathy and communication skills, capable of facilitating cross-departmental collaboration effectively.Able to adapt to an international work environment, with cross-cultural communication abilities and fluency in both Chinese and English.Job Location: Based in Singapore or Malaysia 岗位职责:组织效能评估与提升:设计并实施系统化的组织诊断和调研,评估组织结构与流程的有效性,识别关键改进领域,提供具体的优化方案。推动组织发展落地:制定并执行针对性的组织提升计划,协调跨部门资源,确保方案顺利实施并跟踪效果。全球员工政策制定:负责制定和执行全球范围内的人力资源、福利及员工关系政策,持续优化员工体验,增强雇主品牌形象。最佳实践整合:深入了解人力资源与组织管理领域的最佳实践,提供数据驱动的洞察与前瞻性建议,支持组织战略目标。岗位要求:5-8年人力资源相关工作经验,具备人力资源咨询或管理咨询背景,优先考虑在大型互联网公司工作的候选人。熟悉至少2-3个人力资源模块,如组织设计、绩效管理、福利体系和员工关系等,具备实践经验。优秀的逻辑分析和信息洞察能力,能够提炼有效解决方案推动事情充分落地,强大的问题解决能力具备强烈的同理心与沟通技巧,能够有效促进跨部门协作。能适应国际工作环境,具备跨文化沟通能力,流利掌握中文与英文该岗位需要出海(新加坡或马来西亚)。
