Part Time Delegating Registered Nurse

Competitive Pay Core Responsibilities Delegation & Supervision: Assessing patients, delegating nursing tasks, and conducting on-site observation/supervision of caregivers, often mandated every 45 days. Clinical Care Management: Developing and updating nursing care plans, assessing patient health status, and issuing clinical orders. Training & Competency: Orienting and training caregivers . Compliance & Documentation: Ensuring compliance with state regulations (such as Maryland COMAR), documenting assessments, and reviewing staff performance. On-Call Support: Providing phone or in-person support to staff to manage clinical emergencies. Key Requirements Active, unencumbered [RN/LPN] license in the state of [State Name]. Minimum of 3 years proven experience in home care, assisted living, or geriatric care. Current CPR/BLS Certification. Valid driver’s license and reliable, insured transportation.
