RuffleButts has been a Summit Park holding since 2020.What We Are Looking ForRuffleButts is looking for an entry-level Merchandising Assistant to join our growing Merchandising team! This role is a key individual contributor that works cross-functionally with Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Category leadership to support pricing, inventory management, purchase order execution, and merchandise reporting across all channels.The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and proactivesomeone who enjoys turning data into insights and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role will play a critical part in supporting product performance analysis and operational execution, including Omni-channel and Amazon inventory management.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Merchandising team with pricing, inventory management, and merchandise reportingOwn weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on item and category performance, sharing insights and trendsMaintain and update core weekly performance and inventory reportsManage purchase orders across all channels, including writing, amending, and maintaining accuracyPartner closely with the Ecommerce team on product enablement and disablementSupport Merchandising with SKU setup and item data managementManage Omni-channel inventory allocation, including Amazon inventory managementAssist the Category Director with marketing details, pricing preparation, and analysisRequirements:Experience in assistant buying, merchandise planning, allocation, or a related role within childrens apparel and/or eCommerce (preferred)Experience working with Amazon Seller Central (preferred)Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency; experience with PowerBI, Netsuite, or other BI tools (preferred)Solid understanding of retail financial metrics (sales, margin, inventory turns, sell-through)Ability to analyze data quickly, prioritize multiple deadlines, and adapt to changing business needsProven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong attention to detail and comfort owning both analytical and operational responsibilitiesWhy Youll Love This RoleHigh-visibility role with real ownership and impactCross-functional exposure across Merchandising, Ecommerce, and Category leadershipOpportunity to deepen analytical, planning, and inventory management experienceFast-growing, entrepreneurial environment with room to growTop Reasons to Work with UsCompetitive base compensation, paid vacation/holidays, health & dental benefits, and 401k + matching.Hybrid work environment, casual dress code.Our company was founded on the Golden Rule, and we have a culture centered around kindness, gratitude, and customer appreciation.PI14600c4d1456-26289-40476112
