Sales Representative

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This is a lead driven sales position although it does include some door knocking. We offer paid training, with the goal of creating a highly competent salesperson who is capable of signing 1-2 deals a week. Our best salesmen sign 3-5 a week. - Utilize market research to identify and pursue new sales opportunities, both within existing accounts and through outside sales efforts. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner. - Leverage CRM software to manage accounts, track sales activity, and analyze sales performance. - Conduct product demos and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of our products to potential customers. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions. - Collaborate with the sales team to identify cross-selling opportunities and develop effective sales plans. - Manage and prioritize multiple sales leads and opportunities simultaneously. Experience(Optional): - Proven track record of success in outside sales or B2B sales, with a focus on and account management. - Experience with sales management tools. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
