Adaptive Solution Architect / EPM

OverviewWe are seeking a senior Adaptive Solution Architect to lead the design, enhancement, and strategic direction of an enterprise planning platform. This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, guiding both solution development and cross-functional teams to improve forecasting accuracy, operational efficiency, and enterprise-wide planning.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide leadership and ownership of the Adaptive platform roadmap and architecture.Lead solution design, model development, and optimization efforts.Translate business requirements into scalable, high-performing planning solutions.Drive cross-functional collaboration across finance, supply chain, sales, and workforce planning.Facilitate workshops, testing cycles, and deployment activities.Ensure system integration, performance, maintainability, and user adoption.Mentor and guide team members and stakeholders on best practices and technical standards.Stay current on platform updates, emerging trends, and industry best practices.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.6+ years hands-on Adaptive or similar planning/model-building experience.10+ years working with enterprise planning/EPM platforms (Oracle Hyperion, SAP planning tools, IBM TM1, OneStream, Planful, Adaptive, etc.).Strong understanding of enterprise data architecture and integrations.Experience leading teams, guiding stakeholders, and influencing cross-functional decisions.Experience supporting financial, sales, supply chain, or workforce planning processes.Advanced Excel skills. Power BI experience is a plus.Experience with structured implementation or Agile development methodologies.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and strategic leadership skills.Location: Onsite Salt Lake City, UT area.
