This role is ideal for someone with strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently as part of a team.ResponsibilitiesInstall, assemble, test, and maintain electrical components and systems used in productionRead and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical schematicsPerform electrical wiring, troubleshooting, and repairs on production equipmentInspect electrical systems and components to ensure quality and safety standards are metUse hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment safely and effectivelyAssist with preventive maintenance and equipment upgradesMaintain accurate production and maintenance recordsCollaborate with production and engineering teams to support daily operationsFollow all company safety procedures and OSHA regulationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications preferredPrevious experience in electrical work, manufacturing, or production environmentsAbility to read blueprints, electrical diagrams, and schematicsKnowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and troubleshooting techniquesExperience using electrical testing equipment and hand toolsStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and in a team-oriented environmentReliable attendance and ability to work in a fast-paced production settingCandidates already registered with us, please send an updated resume to interviews@lpcpersonnel.com and reference the job title.
