This role is ideal for a floor‑focused quality leader who enjoys building teams, partnering with operations, and driving strong internal quality systems in a fast‑paced environment. The Quality Manager will have the following responsibilities:Lead internal quality programs in a food manufacturing environmentManage and develop a team of 3 Quality Supervisors and Quality TechniciansMaintain a strong, visible presence on the production floorOwn internal quality systems, procedures, and documentationPartner closely with Operations and Food Safety to ensure alignment and executionDrive continuous improvement initiatives related to internal quality performanceLead internal audits, deviations, corrective and preventive actionsBuild, develop, and retain a high‑performing quality teamThe ideal Quality Manager candidate will have the following skillset: Experience in food processing or food manufacturingProven leadership of quality teams in a hands‑on, plant‑level environmentStrong understanding of internal quality systems and process controlsUSQF or other GFSI experience strongly preferredComfortable being on the floor and making real‑time quality decisionsStrong communicator and collaborative partner with operationsTeam‑builder focused on engagement and retention
