Learning & Capability Building Manager

Our client is seeking an effective, action-oriented manager to join our Global Learning & Capability Building team. This role is responsible for executing and continuously improving the Brand Immersion training program.The Brand Immersion training program is aligned to sales enablement, equipping developers with the knowledge and tools to understand, position, and apply brand standards in real-world development and deal contexts. This role focuses on translating brand standards and experience principles into practical, commercially relevant learning that supports deal development and owner engagement.This is a hands-on role responsible for building, delivering, and improving learning experiences. You will partner closely with brand, development, and growth teams to ensure learning drives real-world application and business outcomes.Position Responsibilities:Own end-to-end execution of the Brand Immersion training program (creation of new modules, rollout, and continuous improvement)Build and deliver end-to-end learning experiences, including outlining content, defining flow, and creating engaging and interactive elementsTranslate brand pillars and development standards into clear, practical learning for developersCreate and refine learning content, including drafting copy, structuring modules, and developing interactive componentsPartner closely with design resources to translate content into clear, visually effective learning materialsEnsure learning experiences are engaging, practical, and applicable to real-world development scenariosManage stakeholders, timelines, and priorities across a matrixed environmentMeasure effectiveness, gather feedback, and iterate quicklyLeverage AI and tools to accelerate content development and program executionExperience And Qualifications:5+ years in Learning & Development, Sales Enablement or Program ManagementProven experience executing programs end-to-endStrong ability to translate concepts into practical, usable outputsComfortable operating as a hands-on builder in a fast-paced environmentStrong program and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated ability to drive adoption and real-world applicationPreferred Skills:Experience supporting sales enablement or commercial teams (training, not collateral)Experience designing blended learning solutionsFamiliarity with LMS/LXP platforms and learning ecosystemsExperience using data to evaluate and improve learning effectivenessExperience with modern content tools (e.g., Articulate, Synthesia, Canva)Education:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Communications, Education, or related) or equivalent practical experience. Non-traditional backgrounds equally valued.Salary/Rate: $60-$65/HR (depends on experience level).
