With a strong reputation for professionalism and client satisfaction, we aim to make a difference in the lives of our community members.Role DescriptionThe Business Development Manager/Marketer will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new client leads, building and maintaining strong relationships, and promoting the company’s services in the Edina and West Metro area. This is a full-time role focused on building relationships with hospitals, senior communities, rehab centers, social workers, discharge planners, and other referral sources to help families connect with high-quality non-medical home care services.QualificationsStrong Business Development and Client Relationship skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and partnership management.Experience in Marketing, Strategic Planning, and Brand Promotion, with a proven ability to execute effective marketing campaigns.Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills, along with strong Presentation and Negotiation abilities.Analytical and Organizational skills for market research, data evaluation, and project management.Ability to work independently, meet goals, and contribute to the success of an on-site team.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Prior experience in the healthcare or homecare industry is highly desirable.
