Clients leave feeling refreshed, confident, and deeply cared for — like the most elevated version of themselves.Job DescriptionThe Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector will be an influential and key member of our entrepreneurial medical team, providing non-invasive cosmetic evaluations, consultations, assisting with wellness circuit, treatments, and treatment recommendations as delegated by an overseeing physician. Treatments may include anti-wrinkle treatments by injection including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body and facial injections, platelet-rich plasma therapy, micro-needling, chemical peels, and body contouring treatments using the latest radiofrequency technology. Excellent opportunity for an experienced Aesthetic Injector Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide aesthetic injections for a medical spa in the heart of Bentonville, AR.QualificationsActive Arkansas Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License required.2+ years of industry experience.Injector experience (neurotoxins, fillers) REQUIREDStrong consultation, communication, and client service skills (including high-level patient care).Sales-minded with a focus on client education and results (comfortable recommending treatments and products).Professional, reliable, and team-oriented, with a passion for aesthetics and preventative health.Proficient in performing all applicable treatments (e.g., facials, peels, micro needling).Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.Proficient with technology (client charting, photography, POS systems) and social-media savvy
