Job OverviewAmazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a senior leader to accelerate global adoption of AWS cloud services through partner solutions. As a Senior Alliance Manager for DevOps Technology Partners, you will design partnership strategy, manage co‐sell engagement, and act as the subject‐matter expert for partner solutions running on AWS. Your role will include creating business plans, setting KPIs, leveraging AWS resources, and driving field enablement to generate incremental joint revenue.Key Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute a business plan with the partner team to grow strategic technology alliances for SaaS and Cloud.Orchestrate AWS resources to support product integration and build scalable joint partnership models.Collaborate with sales and partner teams to qualify and execute vertical and horizontal campaigns for new business opportunities in North America.Build regional and vertical field collaboration and serve as the go‐to resource to source, develop, and close high‐profile joint sales opportunities.Drive AWS Marketplace (AWSMP) enablement and position it as the priority procurement tool for partners.Coordinate lead generation and joint sales enablement activities between ISV partners and AWS field organizations.Lead pipeline reviews to ensure accurate information and conduct business reviews with ISV and AWS sales teams to share best practices.Broker internal resources, tools, references, and investment support needed to execute partnership plans.Basic Qualifications5+ years of experience negotiating and executing business agreements.Bachelor's degree or equivalent.5+ years of exceeding quota and key performance metrics.Excellent communication skills with leadership, stakeholders, and cross‐functional teams.5+ years working with Observability, DevOps, Data, and Analytics technologies, including AI/ML, GenAI, Analytics, and SaaS solutions.Preferred QualificationsExperience interpreting data to make business recommendations.Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.Experience communicating data‐driven insights across leadership and cross‐functional teams.BenefitsBase salary ranges: Boston, MA – $147,900.00 – $200,100.00 USD annually; Seattle, WA – $147,900.00 – $200,100.00 USD annually. Additional compensation includes sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs).
