Prominent national law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of litigation experience to join their Red Bank NJ office. You'll have a diverse caseload and work closely with Partners in a collaborative and collegial work environment.Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in ANY of these practice areas: General Liability, Construction, Transportation, Coverage, Premises Liability, Catastrophic Personal Injury, Habitability, Professional Liability, Municipal, Medical Malpractice, Auto, Employment, Product Liability, Toxic Tort/Environmental, Insurance Defense.Responsibilities:• Handle cases from inception to conclusion• Take and defend depositions• Make court appearances• Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discoveryQualifications:• 2+ years of litigation experience• Licensed to practice and in good standing in NJ and/or NY• Juris Doctorate• Trial Preparation experienceBase salary range 125k-175k+ (DOE)Generous Monthly BonusesComprehensive Benefits PackageHybrid SchedulePlease email resume to
