The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and clerical support, managing schedules, coordinating communication, maintaining office records, and assisting with executive-level tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle multiple responsibilities efficiently and professionally.QualificationsStrong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage schedules, maintain records, and oversee office tasksExcellent Phone Etiquette and Communication skills for managing calls, relaying messages, and interacting with various stakeholdersExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including supporting senior-level staff or handling executive schedulesProficiency in standard office tools and software, including Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling platformsExceptional organizational abilities and attention to detailAbility to manage tasks in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting prioritiesHigh school diploma or equivalent required; an associate's or bachelor’s degree is a plusPrevious experience in administrative or executive assistance is preferred
