We are currently seeking a compassionate Medical Social Worker (MSW) that has a passion for providing outstanding services. Our two offices are located in Lincoln and Omaha.
Our Medical Social Worker (MSW) is an important part of the TEAM. PCHHC specializes in providing care for home health and hospice patients. Skills & Qualifications:
Master's degree from a school of social work (MSW) accredited by the council of social work education
Minimum of one year experience in a health care setting
Home health care experience preferred
Understand hospice philosophy, and issues of death/dying
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptive problem-solving skills
Compassionate and caring attitude
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable automobile
Proof of current auto insurance
Criminal background check
Current CPR certification
Negative TB test
Working Environment:
Works indoors in Agency office and patient homes and travels to/from patient homes.
