Rooted in exceptional quality, BOSS Audio is dedicated to elevating audio and video experiences for consumers worldwide.Position OverviewWe are seeking a highly organized Marketing Operations Manager to support the execution ofmarketing initiatives across multiple brands. This role serves as the operational hub of themarketing department, helping manage projects, workflows, product information, andmarketing systems that support successful product launches and campaigns. The idealcandidate is a strong project manager who enjoys bringing structure to complex initiatives,coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring marketing assets and product informationare delivered accurately and on time.Key ResponsibilitiesProject & Workflow Management (60%) Manage marketing projects, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional dependencies. Coordinate activities between marketing, creative, product development, sales, and externalpartners. Maintain project plans and dashboards within Smartsheet and other project managementtools. Monitor project progress and communicate status updates to stakeholders. Identify workflow bottlenecks and recommend process improvements. Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and vendor coordination. Support the planning and execution of product launches and marketing campaigns.Marketing Systems & Data Management (40%) Maintain the accuracy and integrity of marketing product information and digital assets. Administer marketing platforms including Smartsheet, Salsify, Brandfolder, Salesforce,Shopify, and related systems. Coordinate the flow of product information and marketing assets across sales, ecommerce,and marketing channels. Ensure consistency of product content, brand assets, and marketing materials. Support platform updates, integrations, and vendor relationships. Generate reports and dashboards to support marketing performance tracking.Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. 4–6 years of experience in marketing operations, project management, marketingcoordination, or related roles. Strong project management and organizational skills. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com, or similar project management platforms. Strong attention to detail and data management skills. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.Preferred Qualifications Experience with Salsify, Salesforce, Shopify, Brandfolder, or similar platforms. Experience supporting ecommerce, consumer products, or retail brands. Familiarity with product information management (PIM) systems. Experience working with creative teams and digital asset management systems.What Success Looks Like Marketing projects consistently delivered on schedule. Improved visibility into project status and workload management. Accurate and reliable product information across all platforms. Strong collaboration between marketing, creative, product, and sales teams. Streamlined workflows that support faster execution of marketing initiatives.
