Front Desk

## Job Summary We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere. ## Schedule A set schedule will be in place. We would need someone to work 2 overnight shifts (11pm to 7am) and some 3-11pm. Weekends and holidays are required. ## Responsibilities - Greet guests and efficiently process check-in and check-out - Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about hotel services - Assist guests with reservations, both over the phone and in person - Manage phone systems, transfer calls, and take messages as needed - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Handle guest requests promptly and professionally - Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction ## Skills - Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations - Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette - Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (bilingual or multilingual) - Familiarity with hotel management systems and processes - Experience in the hospitality industry or resort setting preferred Join our team as a Front Desk Agent and be part of creating memorable experiences for our guests!
