Job Description Clinical Lead — Intensive Outpatient Program (LPC or LCSW)Urgent Care of Arizona | Phoenix, AZ 85017 | Full-Time or Part-TimeUrgent Care of Arizona (2315 W. Bethany Home Rd, Phoenix) is launching a new Intensive Outpatient Program and is hiring an experienced licensed clinician to lead it. We are open to full-time and part-time arrangements for the right candidate.What you'll do:• Facilitate IOP group therapy sessions (CBT, DBT, or MI-based)• Develop and manage individualized treatment plans• Conduct psychosocial assessments alongside our attending physician• Help shape the IOP curriculum and program structure from the ground up• Coordinate discharge planning and community referralsRequirements:• Active, unrestricted Arizona LPC or LCSW (no associate-level)• 2+ years clinical experience in a behavioral health setting• Demonstrated group therapy facilitation experience• Familiarity with co-occurring mental health and substance use disordersPreferred:• Prior IOP or PHP experience• Clinical supervision credentials• Bilingual English/Spanish• Arizona insurance panel credentialingCompensation:• Full-time: $75,000 – $95,000 annually (commensurate with experience)• Part-time: $55 – $75/hour (billable)• Full-time W-2 includes: Medical/dental | Malpractice coverage | CEU support | PTO• Part-time: Malpractice coverage and CEU support included...
