Lead Full Stack Developer

Note: W2 PositionJob Title: Lead Full Stack DeveloperLocation: Atlanta, GeorgiaClient: State of GeorgiaExperience: 8+ years of experience in full-stack developmentTechnical Leadership:  Lead, mentor, and manage a team of full-stack developers, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.  Establish and enforce coding standards, best practices, and guidelines across the development team.  Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to maintain code quality and consistency.Technical Skills:  Front-End: Strong experience with Angular, including knowledge of RxJS, TypeScript, and component-based architecture.  Back-End: Extensive experience with Spring Boot, Java, and related frameworks. Strong understanding of RESTful API design.  Microservices and Monolithic Architecture: Proven experience in designing and implementing both monolithic and microservices architectures.  DevOps: Experience with CI/CD tools and processes, containerization (Docker), and orchestration (Kubernetes).  AWS: Proficient in using AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudFormation, and other relevant services.  Database: Proficiency in SQL and experience with both relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).  Version Control: Strong experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
