Cafeteria Manager - High School
Primary Purpose:Manage/Supervise duties related to cafeteria operations, including daily documentation, preparing food orders, processing production records, monthly inventory and learing HACCP procedures. Must be able to prepare and serve appropriate quantities of food to meet menu requirements. Maintain high standards of quality in food production, sanitation, and safety practices. Qualifications:Education/CertificationNone specified Training: Complete training required by the Texas Department of Agriculture annually. This can be conducted by the district's food service department or Region 17 Education Service Center in Lubbock.
