Pressure Washing tech

We are seeking a hardworking and detail-oriented Pressure Washing & Exterior Maintenance Technician. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work, and is committed to safety and customer satisfaction. In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of services, including pressure washing, window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and seasonal tasks like holiday light installation and snow removal. Key Responsibilities: Pressure Washing: Safely operate high-pressure washing equipment to clean a variety of surfaces such as driveways, siding, decks, patios, and fences. Window Cleaning: Perform professional interior and exterior window cleaning, ensuring a streak-free finish using squeegees, poles, and other industry-standard tools. Gutter Cleaning: Safely access and clear debris from gutters and downspouts to ensure proper drainage. Christmas Light Installation: Install, maintain, and remove holiday lighting for clients in a safe and aesthetically pleasing manner. Snow Removal: Timely and efficiently clear snow from driveways, walkways, and other designated areas using shovels, snow blowers, and de-icing products. Customer Service: Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs, explain services, and ensure complete satisfaction. Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on all equipment and tools to keep them in good working order. Report any issues or needs for repair. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures at all times. Qualifications and Requirements: Previous experience in pressure washing, window cleaning, landscaping, or general labor is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record. Ability to work comfortably and safely with heights and on ladders. Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, snow). Strong work ethic and reliability; must be punctual and self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong communication and customer service skills.
