To provide on-site direct support to the site staff and students in the overall management and operation of the school, ensuring a safe and effective learning environment. Master's degree preferredValid Colorado Principal's License preferredExperience:Two years of experience as a secondary teacher, secondary counselor, or equivalent requiredTwo years of experience working online and/or with at risk youth preferredThree years of progressively responsible leadership experience working in a school preferredOr other background demonstrating application of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities:Show an advanced knowledge of school leadership within a blended/online schoolPrior experience in overseeing standardized testing proceduresAdvanced abilities working with at-risk students, web-based instructional approaches, and/or GED or other similar alternative educational programsWell-versed in conflict resolution skills.
