We are also expanding into adjacent beauty tools to further support our community's self-expression across their full routine.Role DescriptionWe are looking for a Senior Creative Content Producer to lead the ideation and execution of high-impact photo and video content across social, paid media, retail campaigns, launches, partnerships, and brand activations.This role is equal parts creative strategist, producer, and project lead. You will concept and oversee content ranging from fast-moving social videos to large-scale campaign shoots and experiential events. You should deeply understand internet culture, creator-driven storytelling, platform trends, and how different types of content support different business goals.The ideal candidate is highly social-first, creatively obsessed, organized under pressure, and able to bridge the gap between brand storytelling and commercial performance.This role requires 4 days in office.(Mon-Thurs)Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Ideation & Content StrategyDevelop innovative video and photo concepts for:Organic social contentPaid social campaignsProduct launchesRetail campaignsCreator collaborationsEvents and activationsBrand campaignsTranslate marketing objectives into compelling creative concepts tailored to each platform and audienceUnderstand the role of different content types across the funnel, from awareness-driving brand storytelling to conversion-focused paid creativeStay ahead of social, beauty, fashion, and creator trends while identifying opportunities relevant to the brandCollaborate cross-functionally with Social, PR, Influencer, E-commerce, Retail, and Performance teamsProduction ManagementLead end-to-end production for both in-house and external shootsSource and manage creative agencies, production partners, photographers, videographers, stylists, glam teams, and freelancersBuild detailed creative briefs, shot lists, moodboards, production timelines, and call sheetsOversee creative execution from pre-production through post-productionLead on-site production and ensure content aligns with brand vision and campaign objectivesManage budgets, timelines, vendor negotiations, and production logisticsEnsure all deliverables are completed on time and optimized for platform-specific requirementsCreative Direction & Brand StewardshipMaintain strong brand consistency across all visual content and storytellingEnsure content aligns with Wavytalk's tone, aesthetic, and positioning while still feeling culturally relevant and platform-nativePartner closely with internal creative and design teams to evolve the visual identity of the brandBalance high-production brand storytelling with fast-moving, trend-driven social contentPerformance & OptimizationAnalyze content performance and apply learnings to future creative conceptsUnderstand platform KPIs including:Watch rateEngagementCTRHook rateRetentionConversion efficiencyWork closely with paid media teams to optimize content for performance without compromising brand equityIdentify opportunities to improve creative efficiency, scalability, and output qualityQualifications5-8+ years of experience in creative production, content production, social-first creative, or campaign productionStrong portfolio showcasing both video and photo content across social, campaigns, and branded storytellingDeep understanding of TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging social platformsExperience managing external agencies and production partnersStrong understanding of creator/content culture and how consumers engage with digital content todayAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environmentStrong creative instincts paired with commercial and strategic thinkingExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsExperience in beauty, fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands strongly preferredComfortable being hands-on and adaptable in a high-growth environmentWhat We're Looking ForHighly creative and culturally plugged-inSocial-first mindset with strong storytelling instinctsStrong taste level and visual eyeCommercially aware and performance-mindedCollaborative and solutions-orientedCalm under pressure and highly organizedExcited to build, experiment, and move quicklyBonus PointsExperience working with creators, influencers, or celebrity talentFamiliarity with paid social creative best practicesExperience scaling content production within a fast-growing brandBeauty or hair category experience
