Decades of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction have made us a leader in our industry.We are currently seeking a customer-focused, detail-oriented Part-Time Receptionist / Sales Associate to join our Reno team-working Saturdays only. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both administrative work and sales, and wants to maximize earning potential through commission.What You'll DoThis hybrid role combines front-office coordination with sales support and customer engagement:Reception & Administrative DutiesGreet and assist walk-in customers in a friendly, professional mannerAnswer and direct incoming calls and emailsSchedule in-home consultations and showroom appointmentsProcess payments (credit, debit, cash, cheque)Prepare invoices and assist with order documentationManage incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier deliveriesMaintain showroom samples and office suppliesSupport filing, data entry, and daily administrative tasksSales Associate ResponsibilitiesAssist customers with product selection (materials, colors, design options)Provide basic quotes and support the sales processDeliver a high-quality customer experience from first contact to follow-upEducate customers on products, installation, and careSupport lead generation and help convert showroom traffic into salesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order flowWhat We're Looking For2-5 years of administrative, retail, or customer service experiencePrevious sales or quoting experience is a strong assetStrong communication and interpersonal skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environmentIntermediate computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, CRM systems)Background in design, construction, or countertops is a plusWhat We Offer$20/hour + commission (earn more based on performance)A dynamic, team-oriented work environmentOpportunity to build sales experience and grow within the companyEstablished brand with a strong reputation in the marketIf you enjoy working with people, have an eye for design, and are motivated by both service and sales-this is a great opportunity to be part of a growing team.
