The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in BigCommerce development, headless commerce, and third-party integrations.Key Responsibilities:Define and implement scalableeCommerce architecture on BigCommerceLead technical discussions and provide guidance to development teamsDevelop headless commerce solutions using BigCommerce APIs, GraphQL, and WebhooksIntegrate BigCommerce with ERP, CRM, PIM, OMS, and payment gatewaysOptimize site performance, security, and scalabilityEstablish coding standards, best practices, and reusable componentsWork closely with UI/UX teams for seamless customer experiencesStay updated on BigCommerce releases, APIs, and industry trendsRequired Skills & Experience:8+ years in eCommerce development (3+ years in BigCommerce)Strong knowledge of BigCommerce Stencil, APIs, and headless commerceProficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, React.js, or Vue.jsExperience integrating with third-party applications using RESTful APIs and GraphQLHands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and deployment strategiesSolid understanding of performance optimization, caching, and security best practicesStrong knowledge of eCommerce workflows, product catalogs, checkout, and payments
