Title: Territory Sales Manager Reports to: Western Regional Sales ManagerTerritory: Colorado, Utah & Wyoming  Location: Denver Metropolitan (Required)  Summary: Feeney, Inc. is looking for an outgoing self-starter with strong time-management skills to fill the Territory Sales Manager role covering Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. The TSM operates independently and collaborates with the Western Regional Sales Manager (RSM) and the Vice President of Business Development (VPBD) to boost demand and generate new sales of Feeney products among dealers, contractors, builders, steel fabricators, and end users.  A successful TSM will have a high energy level and a focused drive to meet financial budgets and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in Colorado, Utah, and Wyoming. The TSM is responsible for all aspects of new account acquisition, including selling over the phone, by email, and in person. Core responsibilities include prospecting, project site assessment and material takeoff, relationship development, sales cycle management, presentation delivery, training, negotiations, following up on opportunities and quotes, and ultimately facilitating, with the RSM, the execution of pull-through sales of Feeney products. Requirements: Ability to travel (up to 80%)Ability to prioritize and multitask, all while managing multiple customers at different stages of the sales cycleBasic understanding of national and regional building codes as they relate to guardrail, handrail, and other architectural products germane to our product offeringDemonstrably proficient in basic computer skills and programs such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, basic data entry, and CRM softwareExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPrior construction and/or building material industry experienceIndependent, forward thinker, and strong problem-solving abilityStrong organizational ability and attention to detailResponsibilities:Provide technical product support to all customers within the channelAct as key liaison and product champion within the specified geographical territory Support RSM with national account management Work with our internal sales, marketing, and product development teams when appropriate to facilitate sales growthDevelop and implement strategies with the RSM and VPBD to create strategic account wins Work with RSM to meet and exceed sales goals and forecasts to ensure the company successfully meets revenue, profitability, and market share targetsCommunicate effectively with industry professionals as needed, with knowledge of commonly used construction methodsBe an expert on the materials, goods, and services provided by Feeney and its partnersProvide first-level support to inside sales estimators and assist with the quoting process as neededHandle sales correspondence in a courteous, professional, and helpful mannerBuild on sales by suggesting additional materials as needed and tailored to the project at handCollect the proper documentation and signatures related to sales, customer programs, builder programs, and other marketing programs and promotionsFollow up on all customer inquiries and opportunitiesProvide technical support and education on Feeney’s products and services to facilitate growth and market penetrationAttend sales and other company meetings, as requiredAttend marketing events and trade shows, as neededTravel as needed and requiredLearn and understand company policies and proceduresSpecial projects, as assignedEducation & ExperienceAssociate+ degree preferred3+ years relevant sales experience in the construction and/or building material supply industryBenefits:We offer a competitive starting salary, along with professional development, training, commission, and eligibility for quarterly bonuses.Our comprehensive benefits package includes health, vision, dental, and Life and AD&D insurance, a 401(k), and personal time off (PTO), effective on your first day.If you are interested in joining our team, please submit your resume for immediate consideration.Feeney Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer
