They provide essential teaching, promote therapeutic communication, and ensure that the patient care is conducted according to our policies and standards of Laurelwood.Qualifications: Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred. Skills include adaptability, communication, compassion, problem-solving, and resilience. License/certification: Current license to practice nursing in Ohio.
