Work in an environment where you make a difference daily and patient care is primary.Job Summary: Our LPN's daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, assessing and identifying patients' needs, implementing and monitoring the patient's medical plan and treatment. They provide essential teaching, promote therapeutic communication, and ensure that the patient care is conducted according to our policies and standards of Laurelwood.Qualifications: Experience working in a psychiatric inpatient setting is preferred. Skills include adaptability, communication, compassion, problem-solving, and resilience. License/certification: Current license to practice nursing in Ohio.
