The ideal candidate is passionate about baking, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining high-quality products and a clean, organized workspace.ResponsibilitiesPreparationScaling, measuring, and preparing ingredientsPreparing doughs, batters, fillings, creams, and other pastry componentsShaping and prepping baked goods according to bakery standards and recipesProductionBaking a variety of items including cookies, pies, cakes, pastries, and other dessertsFollowing recipes accurately and consistentlyControlling oven temperatures and monitoring baking times to ensure product qualityAssisting with daily pastry and dessert productionStation Setup & CleaningSetting up and organizing workstations before productionMaintaining clean, sanitary, and organized stations throughout shiftsCleaning and maintaining mixers, bowls, ovens, trays, tools, and equipmentAssisting with end-of-day closing and kitchen cleanupStorage & InventoryProperly labeling, dating, and storing ingredients and prepped itemsMonitoring ingredient stock levels and notifying management of shortagesFollowing food safety, storage, and sanitation procedures at all timesQualificationsProven pastry experience with a strong portfolio of baked goods and dessertsExperience in pastry production and working in a professional kitchen environmentKnowledge of food handling, kitchen sanitation, and safety protocolsAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively with a teamStrong multitasking and time-management skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of qualityRequirementsMinimum 3 years of baking experience requiredAvailability to work day shifts, including weekendsAbility to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for extended periods of timePositive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethicIf you are passionate about baking and thrive in a fast-paced bakery environment, we would love to hear from you!Benefits:Employee discountWork Location: In personCompensation DetailsCompensation: Hourly ($20.00)Benefits & Perks: Dining Discounts
