We are seeking aCustomer Experience Representativeto join our remote team and provide professional support to customers throughout the reservation and service process within the travel services industry.In this role, you will assist customers with inquiries, booking coordination, and ongoing support to ensure a positive and seamless customer experience. This fully remote position includes structured onboarding and training.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support through phone, email, and online communication platformsAssist customers with reservations, confirmations, and itinerary updatesRespond to questions and resolve customer concerns professionallyCoordinate booking details and service requestsMaintain accurate customer and reservation recordsFollow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and service completionDeliver consistent, high-quality customer experiencesQualificationsPrevious experience in customer service, administrative support, hospitality, retail, or client-facing roles preferredStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environmentComfortable learning new software systems and online toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsDetail-oriented with a customer-first mindsetTravel industry experience is helpful but not required.
