The role demands a passionate and committed leader with a heavy sales orientation, and a background that includes experience in go-to-market strategy, RevOps, pricing, team building, and commercial operations. While a background in private equity is preferred, it is not a requirement. The ideal candidate will have a tenure of 15-30+ years in progressive commercial leadership, with a proven track record of success. The Chief Revenue Officer will be expected to honor the company's past while leading it into the future, and as such, a strong cultural fit and the ability to work within the company's values and mission are essential. The role is pivotal in the company's growth strategy, and the candidate should be prepared to make a significant impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities will include setting and executing the revenue strategy, managing the sales team, and ensuring that the company's revenue goals are met.
