Position Overview We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to provide direct administrative and operational support to our Director of Sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, organization, and producing accurate, polished documents. You will play an important role in keeping sales processes organized and running smoothly behind the scenes. This is an in-office, detail-focused administrative position with a steady workflow and clear expectations—well suited for someone who prefers consistency and takes pride in doing things right. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Director of Sales Maintain and update Salesforce records with a high level of accuracy Prepare proposals, correspondence, and sales-related documentation Track sales activity and follow up on action items Organize and manage documents within Microsoft 365 (including SharePoint) Perform data entry and database maintenance with strong attention to detail Assist with coordination and administrative follow-up tasks as needed Qualifications Minimum 2+ years of administrative or office experience in a professional environment Strong Microsoft 365 skills, especially Word (formatting) and Excel (basic formulas) Excellent attention to detail (grammar, formatting, accuracy, and basic math) Ability to follow established processes while working independently Salesforce experience strongly preferred Prior sales support experience is a plus What We’re Looking For Reliable, consistent, and highly organized Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy over speed Clear and professional written and verbal communication Comfortable supporting a senior leader in a structured environment Someone who enjoys supporting and organizing rather than leading or managing Additional Information This position is on-site in Sylmar, CA.
