The role will focus on designing and implementing Zip Intake-to-Contract/Procure integrations and related backend systems. The ideal candidate will work closely with Sourcing, Procurement, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable integration solutions and optimize procurement-related workflows.Key Responsibilities • Design, build, implement, and support backend integrations for Zip and related procurement workflows. • Develop scalable, secure, and maintainable integrations between Zip and internal enterprise systems. • Partner with technical, procurement, sourcing, and cross-functional teams to understand integration requirements and deliver effective solutions. • Analyze existing business processes, identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks, and recommend improvements through automation and systems integration. • Support end-to-end procurement and intake workflows, ensuring backend systems align with business and operational requirements. • Translate functional and operational requirements into technical designs and implementation plans. • Develop and support APIs, middleware integrations, event-driven solutions, and system-to-system integrations. • Perform data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across enterprise systems. • Troubleshoot integration issues, monitor system performance, and ensure reliable data flows across platforms. • Support integrations with finance, ERP, procurement, warehouse, and planning systems. • Contribute to solution documentation, testing, deployment, and knowledge transfer. • Provide technical leadership and support scalable integration architecture and engineering best practices.Required Qualifications • 10+ years of software engineering experience with a strong background in backend engineering and enterprise systems integration. • Hands-on experience with Zip Intake-to-Procure (I2C) implementations or integrations. • Proven experience building and supporting integrations for procurement, intake, or workflow platforms such as Zip, Coupa, SAP, Ariba, or similar enterprise platforms. • Strong experience with APIs, middleware, event-driven architectures, and system-to-system integrations. • Strong understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P), intake, approval, and procurement workflows. • Experience working across technical and business teams to define requirements and implement scalable solutions. • Experience with data mapping, transformation, validation, and synchronization across systems. • Strong understanding of workflow automation and enterprise integration patterns. • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to analyze existing processes and recommend streamlined technical solutions. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications • Experience integrating with finance, ERP, procurement, warehouse, or planning systems. • Familiarity with ERP and procurement platforms such as SAP S/4HANA, Coupa, Oracle, NetSuite, or similar systems. • Experience supporting procurement, approval, vendor, purchasing, or invoice-related workflows. • Experience with cloud-based integration patterns and modern backend architectures.Primary Skills • Zip Intake-to-Procure (I2C) • Backend Engineering • Enterprise Systems Integration • APIs & Middleware • Event-Driven Architecture • Procure-to-Pay (P2P) • Workflow Automation • Data Mapping & Transformation • ERP/Procurement Integrations_:empty]:hidden">
