Our team is dedicated to the responsible handling, testing, refurbishment, and trading of enterprise technology assets.About The RoleAs an IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) Technician, you will play a key role in the processing and teardown of server hardware and related electronics. Your work will directly support the secure, efficient, and environmentally responsible lifecycle management of IT assets for our clients.Key ResponsibilitiesDismantle midrange to high-end servers, including blade servers, storage arrays, storage libraries, and tape librariesPerform labeling and inventory tracking during hardware teardown and processingUtilize hand and power tools for disassembly of server and electronic hardwareFollow ESD-safe handling practices to protect sensitive electronic componentsManage cables and components during teardown operationsEnsure accurate documentation and asset tracking throughout the processMaintain a safe and organized work environmentRequirementsRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDExperience dismantling servers and enterprise hardware for IT asset disposition or electronics processingExperience dismantling midrange to high-end servers, including blade servers, storage arrays, storage libraries, or tape librariesExperience performing labeling and inventory tracking during hardware teardown and processingProficiency with hand and power tools for server and hardware disassemblyExperience following ESD-safe handling practices when working with electronic componentsExperience with cable management during server and hardware teardownAbility to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for most of the workday, and bend/reach into systems during teardown workAuthorized to work in the United StatesPreferred QualificationsExperience using an ERP system for warehouse or asset processing transactionsBenefitsHealth, dental, and vision insuranceLife insurance401(k) with company matchingPaid time offOpportunities for growth and advancement
