Business Attorney

From complex business disputes to personal injury recovery, estate planning, and family law matters, our clients rely on us to be responsive, compassionate, and excellent.Our rapidly growing law firm seeks an experienced business litigation attorney with five to ten (5-10) years of experience to handle partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, international litigation, crypto litigation, international arbitration, and trust and estate litigation involving business interests. Law firm handles a variety of other practice areas, and attorney may be expected to help in other practice areas, as needed.What you'll do:Represent clients in the following practice areas: business transactions, and business litigation.Develop and execute case strategy, including early case assessment, discovery, motion planning, and trial preparation.Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other alternative dispute resolution processes.Contribute to business development initiatives and foster client relationships.Supervise, train, and review the work of junior associates and law clerks; help manage case teams efficiently.What you bring:You are admitted to and in good standing with the CA State Bar.3-6 years of experience in complex business litigation, including partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate disputes, international litigation, crypto litigation, international arbitration, and trust and estate litigation involving business interests.Substantial experience with law and motion practice, drafting motions, and handling discovery.You have a proactive, team-oriented approach to case management and client relations.Strong courtroom presence, oral advocacy skills, and comfort arguing motions.You have excellent organization and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic.Why join KLW?At KLW, we're building a culture that blends professionalism with warmth.
