This role is cross-trained across multiple workflows and serves as a critical resource during volume spikes, staffing gaps, and priority shifts.Senior Associates are expected to maintain high performance standards across functions, support team execution, and reinforce operational discipline on the warehouse floor.Key ResponsibilitiesCross-Functional ExecutionExecute picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks across D2C, B2B, and SHD workflowsSupports a multi-channel environment and may be reassigned based on daily operational prioritiesSeamlessly shift between functions based on daily priorities and volume needsSupport high-priority orders, backlog reduction, and peak periodsOperational ExcellenceMaintain high standards for accuracy, productivity, and on-time fulfillment across all areasUse RF handheld equipment and WMS systems effectivelySupport inventory control processes, including cycle counts and discrepancy resolutionLoad and unload freight safely and efficiently as neededFloor Leadership & SupportActs as a lead operator on the floor and may coordinate workflow in absence of a supervisorAct as a go-to resource for supervisors and peers during daily operationsSupport onboarding and training of new associatesReinforce SOPs and best practices through consistent executionHelp stabilize operations during disruptions or high-volume periodsProblem Solving & Continuous ImprovementIdentify operational issues (workflow, inventory, system) and take action or escalate appropriatelyProvide practical input on process improvementsHelp maintain the organization, cleanliness, and efficiency of the warehouseSafety & ComplianceFollow and reinforce safe working practicesMaintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environmentQualifications3+ years of warehouse or distribution experienceDemonstrated ability to operate across multiple warehouse functionsStrong working knowledge of D2C, B2B, and/or distribution workflowsExperience with RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)High reliability, adaptability, and attention to detailSuccess ProfileConsistently high performer across multiple workflowsAdaptable and responsive to changing prioritiesStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityTrusted by supervisors as a dependable, go-to operatorTeam-oriented with the ability to support and elevate others
