And we’ve got the audacity to prove it.We Are TMA.Job Overview:As a Consumer Strategy Intern, you will support the Impact Strategy and Consumer Strategy teams and work closely with multiple internal teams – Account, Creative, and Operations – with the opportunity to experience the process and rigor behind developing creative solutions for one of the largest advertisers in the country. Responsibilities:Aid in developing strategic plans focused on driving client objectives. Opportunity to support strategists in conducting consumer research, competitive and trend analysis, and narrative frameworks – ultimately driving impact for all clients you work with. Do research to understand the client category and client competitors in depth. Keep up with social media trends, advertising activations and pop culture to flag relevant engaging trending topics for clients. Conduct social listening to understand consumer sentiment on the brand and changing customer social behavior (viral trends) within platforms. Contribute to team thought-leadership by helping create playbooks, trend decks, and how-to’s for internal teams. Qualifications: Are passionate about cultural platforms like music, sports, & filmPossess practical knowledge in the areas of social, digital technology, and media strategy Are committed to doing whatever it takes to get the job done and believe the team is stronger than the individual Have an entrepreneurial spirit Identify as a big-picture thinker who’s courageous enough to pursue your passions Are interested in strategy with exposure to one or more of the following: sponsorship-driven sports campaigns, integrations with talent and influencers, holistic digital marketing strategies Are a thought-leader in developing trends of traditional and digital technology Are familiar with all social media marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.), knowing how they work and the best use cases for each Have excellent written and oral communication skills; presentation experience to senior executives, as well as being a thought leader in digital marketing (white papers, industry trade articles, etc.).
