Job Description We are seeking a polished and experienced High-End Suit Sales Professional who is passionate about fashion, luxury menswear, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate understands high-end fabrics, tailoring, and fit — and thrives in a performance-driven environment.Position Details:Base Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour up to $22.00 depending on experience Earning Potential: Opportunity to increase base pay to $25.00 per hourCommission: Excellent commission earned on top of base paySchedule:Every Saturday requiredSundays offOne additional day off during the weekKey Responsibilities:Provide personalized styling consultations and wardrobe recommendationsAssist customers with suit fittings, measurements, and alteration coordinationDeliver exceptional customer service while driving salesBuild and maintain long-term client relationshipsMaintain a polished and organized showroom appearanceAccurately write out receipts and calculate totals, including sales taxQualifications:2+ years of experience in high-end or luxury retail sales (menswear preferred)Strong knowledge of suit fabrics, tailoring, and fitMust be comfortable using a calculatorAbility to accurately calculate totals, including sales tax (receipts are handwritten)Professional appearance and strong communication skillsSelf-motivated with a goal-oriented mindsetIf you are confident, detail-oriented, and passionate about helping clients look their absolute best, we would love to speak with you.
