SMART Physician Recruiting is looking for Anesthesiologists to work with a Private Practice Anesthesia group that serves a number of hospitals across New Jersey. The sites are located in Central, Coastal and Northern New Jersey.This position comes with full benefits, various partnership track options with no buy-in, and is open to both new graduates and experienced, fellowship trained MDs. Call is optional, and compensation is based on both experience and whether or not a partnership track is selected. This is a new system for the group, and the ideal candidate will be an excellent team player that is eager to build strong relationships with the surgery staff and be part of a progressive group. Fellowship training is taken into account when considering compensation. Compensation: New graduates $300,000, without call.
