Job Title: Seasonal Customer Service RepresentativeDuration: Start June 1st, 2026 – March 2027Pay Rate: $20/hourSchedule:Shifts available: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMTraining schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (first two weeks)We are seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Seasonal Contact Center Agents. In this role, you will support member account management by handling inbound calls related to billing, payments, and account maintenance. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.Respond to inbound calls regarding billing inquiries, payments, and account updatesProcess payments and ensure accurate transaction handlingMaintain and update member account information, including email addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, and other demographic detailsReview and verify member eligibility when handling termination requestsEnsure all required documentation and criteria are met before processing or escalating requestsAccurately document all interactions and updates in internal systemsFollow established policies, procedures, and business rulesCollaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless member experienceStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication and customer service skillsAbility to navigate multiple systems and resources efficientlyMust be very proficient with MS Office SuiteComfortable handling confidential informationAbility to follow processes and work independently in a structured environmentCall center experience preferredTwo-week paid training periodTraining hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PMCompetitive hourly wageConsistent weekday scheduleValuable customer service and administrative experienceSupportive team environment
