Associates receive competitive pay, Southern Land’s best in class benefits, and career growth.Position SummaryThe Member Concierge serves as a key point of contact for members and guests, delivering a warm, professional, and attentive experience. This role primarily supports morning and daytime operations, assisting with reservations, member services, and providing hands-on support to the Food & Beverage team during lunch service and early-day activities.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesGreet all members and guests with a welcoming and service-oriented attitudeAnswer incoming phone calls, direct calls appropriately, and take accurate messages when neededManage tee times, dining reservations, and other member bookingsPerform host/hostess duties during lunch service, including seating and guest flow managementHandle all to-go orders efficiently and accuratelyAssist Food & Beverage team with table maintenance, including watering, clearing, and resettingSupport event setup and breakdown as neededProvide members with general club and community informationMaintain regular and reliable attendancePerform additional duties as assigned by managementSchedule ExpectationsPrimarily morning and early afternoon shiftsAvailability on weekends and holidays as needed based on club operationsQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED requiredPrevious customer service or hospitality experience preferredBasic proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsSkills & CompetenciesStrong service mindset with a genuine desire to assist membersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentComfortable being on feet for extended periodsAbility to read and speak English to effectively perform job dutiesPhysical RequirementsFrequent standing and walking throughout the shiftAbility to lift up to 25 poundsRegular use of computers and standard office equipmentModerate noise level in a dynamic club settingThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed by people assigned to this position.
