Available positions include Managerial opportunities at several locations with specific training to ensure success!!RequirementsWhat You'll Do In This RoleYou will meet patient goals and provide quality care by assessing, planning, treating, and progressing patients through outcomes-driven PT.Evaluate and interpret findings to create PT treatment plans (in consultation with physicians, by prescription, or through direct access)Deliver treatment including manual therapy, active neuromuscular release, myofascial release, trigger point release, positional release, dry needling, manual exercise, nonmanual exercise, corrective exercise, taping, ambulatory and functional activities, daily-living activities, and instruction in assistive/supportive device use. Specific training can be obtained for pelvic health, Lymphatic drainage and other specialty care.Administer PT treatments including massage, traction, physical agents, moist packs, ultrasound, and directing treatments provided by assistants/aides.Track outcomes and adjust care by observing progress and recommending modifications, with specific tracking and measurement through use of PSFS and FOTOSupport discharge planning and continuity of care through HEP design, patient and caregiver instruction, and equipment recommendationsDocument services accurately, maintain confidentiality, and comply with safety, infection-control, and regulatory requirementsMaintain equipment readiness through preventive maintenance and troubleshootingContinue professional growth through workshops, publications, networks, and professional societiesContribute to staff development through education and in-services as neededReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.CompetenciesClinical SkillsCustomer/Client Focus.Quality FocusCommunication skillsHealth PromotionPersistenceEnergeticFlexibilityTeamwork OrientationTime ManagementSupervisory ResponsibilityThis position requires careful monitoring of clinic assistants and aides to ensure treatment quality is maintained as per the Plan of Care designed.Physical DemandsThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. The position walks, sits, stands, bends, lifts and moves continually during working hours. The position is subject to lifting objects weighing over 50 pounds, pushing wheelchairs, and transporting and supporting residents.
