Contract to Hire4 days onsite in Sausalito, CALooking for a Senior Network Engineer to provide L1 and L2 Support to home office of about 500 employees.Must Haves:Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or similar5+ years of network administration/engineering experience requiredExperience troubleshooting and tuning WLAN networksExpertise in WAN/LAN and transport technologies (Ethernet, MPLS, TDM circuits)Proven ability to work with logical design models (Spanning tree, VTP, VLANs, physical cabling)Knowledge of network protocols (CoS, PoE, NTP, DNS, DHCP, SMTP,VPC), network management protocols (CDP, TFTP, SNMP) and security protocols (SSH, HTTPS/SSL, AAA, IPSec)Technical expertise in: Firewall, IPS, SSL, VPN, malware defense, web content filtering, Zscaler SASE, Cisco and Palo Alto firewall Administration, Palo Alto Prisma, Routing, Switching, WLANNetworking: Switches, Routers, VPN, Servers, Firewalls, LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, UDP, Latency, VoIP, QoS, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, NHRP, ATM, PPP, MPLSIndustry certifications desired: PAN and Cisco
