Spare Parts Coordinator III Onsite – Carol Stream, IL (5 Days per Week) $34.83 – $36.75 per hour Full-Time | Non-Exempt NO SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE AT THIS TIME About the Role We are seeking an experienced Spare Parts Coordinator III to support customers with spare parts identification, quoting, order processing, and urgent machine-down situations for automated packaging machinery. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical aptitude who can interpret mechanical drawings and BOMs while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What You’ll Do Process and manage customer quotes, orders, acknowledgments, and RMAs Identify correct parts using BOMs, schematics, and technical drawings Support urgent machine-down requests in coordination with Service and Purchasing Create and manage sales orders and purchase requisitions in ERP systems Follow up on open quotes, shipments, and backorders Maintain accurate documentation for domestic and international shipments Communicate proactively with customers and internal departments Required Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of spare parts, MRO, or maintenance coordination experience in an automated or industrial machinery environment Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and BOMs Experience supporting service technicians and machine-related requests Strong ERP experience (SAP, MRP, Oracle, JD Edwards, etc.) Excellent organizational and customer communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in packaging, filling, capping, or automated production machinery ISO 9001 environment experience Bilingual Spanish or French a plus Work Environment Office and climate-controlled warehouse setting Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs Exposure to manufacturing environment and material handling equipment Important Requirements Must be legally authorized to work in the United States No visa sponsorship available Must be able to work onsite in Carol Stream, IL five days per week
