About the Opportunity:The Manager, Data & Analytics role is responsible for supporting data analysis, reporting, and quality assurance to enhance decision-making and learning within the network. This position plays a crucial role in transforming complex data into actionable insights, supporting program teams, and ensuring data integrity. It contributes to the organization''s mission by enabling stakeholders to monitor progress and improve outcomes for students.3. Responsibilities:Design and execute reporting and analysis, including cleaning and compiling dataDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data products for stakeholder useGenerate and communicate actionable insights through various formatsPartner with program teams to identify data needs and support initiativesOversee data collection, quality assurance, and verification processesDevelop requirements for data systems and warehousingAssist with daily Data & Analytics team operations, including supporting data requests and grant submissionsContribute to planning and execution of network events and team culture development4.
