Role Description This is a full-time or part-time on-site role for an Advanced Practice Provider based in East Syracuse, NY. The role involves delivering patient-centered care, managing primary and acute healthcare needs, performing comprehensive evaluations, and developing tailored treatment plans. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate medical records, and providing patient education. This individual will play a key role in ensuring quality outcomes in primary and acute care settings. Qualifications Expertise in Women’s Healthcare and office Gynecology with the ability to provide comprehensive patient careProficiency in managing patients for annual exams, family planning, contraception, acute Gyn problems and Perimenopausal and Menopausal management.Knowledge and practical experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skillsLicensed or eligible for licensure as an Advanced Practice Provider in New York StateExperience in a clinical setting, preferably in primary care, Women’s Health and Gynecology.Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care and the ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare teamNew Graduates considered.
