You'll need to stay flexible, prioritize well, and help keep financial operations running smoothly across all locations.Responsibilities:Oversee full-cycle accounting , including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliationsLead month-end and year-end close processesManage financial reporting , ensuring accuracy and timelinessAssist with the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs)Oversee or support inventory and cost accounting for multiple restaurant locationsProvide cash flow analysis and forecasting support to leadershipCollaborate with leadership and upper management.Work closely with the external consultant to ensure alignment of financial controls and policiesOversee accounting and coordinate with the cross-function departments when necessary in multi-state settingsPrepare for external audits and assist with interim requestsConduct internal audit when deemed necessary by the job incumbent and department head.Handle multi-entity and multi-location accountingOther duties as assigned by the department headQualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related fieldExperience in the restaurant industry is requiredMust be able to handle fast-paced, high interaction volume environmentKnowledge of R365 or similar systems a plusKnowledge of Odoo ERP or similar systems a plusCPA license or actively pursuingBi-lingual in Chinese dialect and English is preferred, but not requiredIn Office Requirement:This position is required to work in the office full-time at our Bellevue headquarters.Be our partners and enjoy these with us:Medical insurance, vision insurance, and dental insurancePaid Time Off (PTO*)Paid Sick LeaveHoliday Pay (9 paid holiday days)401k retirement plan based on full-time work statusEmployee Discount ProgramsOpportunities for growth and career advancementPay Range: $150,000 - $185,000*Dough Zone USA and Moji Food are committed to creating a diverse work environment and are proud to be an equal employment opportunity employer.
