Reporting to the Vice President of Customer Success and collaborating closely with Sales and the R&D team. You will be working with prospects and existing customers partnering with Sales Reps and Customer Success Managers during demo calls, assisting with technical integrations, questions, and furthering the development of the product. If you love technology, are solution oriented and a people person who has great communication skills, this could be the role for you.The ideal candidate is a fast-learning, self-starter with a curiosity for technology, patient and friendly, and has great customer facing consultative and problem-solving skills.Responsibilities Partner with sales representatives through technical demos and overviews, implementation, and troubleshootingAct as a subject matter expert for technical questions within business processesWork cross functionally with development and commercial teams to make more efficient implementationsLead meetings with customers to troubleshoot and provide solutionsWork with team to showcase technical features within productMain point of contact in terms of technical documentation, RFPs, and security questionnairesAdvise customers on best practices for API integration, provide recommendations that other customers have usedUnderstand and collect data from customers about how to improve the product and resources needed from a technical standpointCreate technical resources and videos for internal and external needsRequirements At least 3+ years of experience in a customer facing technical sales roleKnowledge of HTTP Rest APIs is requiredFormer experience with onboarding clients that involve API integrations – An advantage.High-energy, fast learner, and entrepreneurial mindset.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and continuously developing environmentStrong analytical, organizational and documentation skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in our NYC office 2-3 times per week
