Business Software Consultant

As a Business Software Consultant at Three30 Group you will help in the design, implementation, delivery, and support of software solutions for our customers. We are interested in individuals who are self-motivated, passionate about technology and helping others, and who want to become leaders within the organization.In this role you will:Learn and maintain expert-level Zoho product knowledge.Analyze and document current business processes and application requirements.Develop Zoho application designs and recommendations based on the client's requirements.Develop project estimates and plans. You will manage and execute the project plans, client expectations, and scope changes.Provide Zoho application configuration services for clients.Facilitate user acceptance testing.Develop and deliver end-user training.Provide and / or coordinate post implementation support for the client.Participate in live and virtual marketing events like trade shows, seminars, and webinars.Skills & experience desired:Bachelor’s Degree in a business or technology related field or equivalent experience.Demonstrated experience in designing, implementing, and configuring complex CRM, ERP, or business software solutions.Strong time and project management skills.Ability to work across multiple projects, meet deadlines, manage project priorities, and client requirements.Willingness to learn new technologies and skills.Strong presentation, meeting facilitation, conflict management, and relationship building skills.Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.CRM, ERP, or business software certifications are a plus.About Three30 Group:At Three30 Group we understand that it takes great people to deliver great solutions.
