But success depends entirely on family alignment.This is your mandate.You will manage the complete enrollment cycle for a campus, starting with initial outreach and concluding with onboarding. This is not a pass-along function. You are accountable for the family's perception of Alpha, their comprehension of our approach, and ensuring enrollment choices are driven by the right motivations. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advise against enrollment when circumstances warrant it. The objective is not filling seats. Relocation assistance is provided.What You Will Be DoingDirecting the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, from initial inquiry to successful onboarding.Facilitating discovery conversations to evaluate alignment before offering recommendations or advancing to subsequent phases.Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across varying stages of the enrollment funnel, maintaining full transparency on progress and required actions.Delivering campus visits, observation sessions, and commitment discussions that articulate outcomes, standards, and ideal candidate profiles.Ensuring precise CRM documentation and enrollment tracking (HubSpot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and sustained service excellence.What You Won’t Be DoingDeploying transactional or coercive enrollment strategies.Accepting families with poor alignment in order to meet quotas.Supervising large teams or operating within complex hierarchical structures.Handing off responsibility for the family journey across multiple departments or individuals.Performing this role remotely. The position is campus-based by intention.Director Of Client Enrollment Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and deliver a trust-centered, highly selective enrollment process that secures the right families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.Basic Requirements3+ years providing elevated, individualized service in contexts where service excellence directly influences organizational reputation (education, luxury hospitality, executive support, premium membership, or independently operated service businesses).Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment lifecycle from initial engagement through final onboarding.Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts across multiple stages, supported by a reliable tracking and prioritization framework.Capacity to share specific instances of consultative judgment, including occasions where you advised against your offering when alignment was absent.Professional writing proficiency with senior leaders, high-net-worth clients, or discerning audiences.Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations: Santa Barbara, CA; Santa Monica, CA; San Francisco, CA; Palo Alto, CA; Piedmont, CA; Palm Beach, FL; Charlotte, NC; or Raleigh, NC.Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.Nice-to-have RequirementsExperience within selective independent school admissions or enrollment for competitive programs.Background in upscale hospitality, VIP client services, or executive-level coordination.Experience designing or optimizing enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service benchmarks.Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not merely throughput.About AlphaWant to join a learning rebellion that’s transforming the traditional classroom?
