You will have the opportunity to start your own full time or part time business within a supportive environment that includes seasoned therapists and social workers, registered play therapist, certified grief counselor, psychological examiners, and clinical supervisors. ​​Role DescriptionSandy Davis LPC is looking for a 1099 contract position to be filled by a LPC ​​​/LCSW based in St. Louis, MO.​​​ The successful applicant will be responsible for conducting therapy sessions and providing psychological care to clients, as well as overseeing and monitoring client progress. The LPC/LCSW ​​ will work closely with clients to identify and create treatment plans and provide counseling and guidance to help clients work through emotional, behavioral, and mental health issues. The role also requires the LPC/LCSW ​​ to maintain accurate records and monitor confidentiality with clients. ​We have been where you are and we are very competitive in providing you a high quality experience. This is a 1099 contract position that allows you to be your own boss, set your own hours, and decide your own salary. Fully furnished offices are available​​ that include Internet, printing, mailbox, breakroom, and all the coffee you need. The office can be rented by the hour or month with co-sharing options available. Marketing and networking are huge factors in projecting your salary and your only limitations are you.QualificationsA Master's degree or higher in Counseling or Social Work from an accredited institutionActive LPC ​​or LCSW licensure in Missouri or the ability to acquire it upon hireDemonstrated excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse client populationsExperience in providing counseling services to clients with a range of emotional and behavioral issuesDemonstrated knowledge of evidence-based treatments and counseling techniques for a variety of mental health concernsDemonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and the importance of maintaining client confidentialityExcellent organizational and time-management skills
